Most everything was smooth. The new service center is nice. (It took over the old Maserati/Alfa Romeo dealership space.) The only negative was that the service center told me they don’t have the ability to update my Jeep Grand Wagoneer’s navigation maps. I had to download the maps myself from Stellantis website and installed them myself via a usb drive. All dealers should be able to update all the software of their own vehicles. That is the point of going to your brand’s service centers because they’re supposed to know how to service your brand’s vehicle fully. More

Stay away from this Dealership. They use Bait and Switch pricing, overcharged me and now not issuing the refund. Their staff from sales Manager, General Sales Manager, Finance Manager are all incompetent and worst in customer service. It’s been more than 40 days since I bought the car and they have not yet issued the registration and title to me. If you want peace of mind, go somewhere else and NOT to this dealer. More

Service department has been excellent since new ownership the last 2 years. I have had my Rubicon services several times and my issues were taken care of properly and within the time expected.
