Not Accomodating I leased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Manhattan Jeep and at the time had a reasonably pleasant experience. Recently, my right corner tail light we I leased a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Manhattan Jeep and at the time had a reasonably pleasant experience. Recently, my right corner tail light went out which I understand is a standing issue with some jeeps. Since I leased the vehicle here, I contacted them to schedule service and requested a loaner car as I assume the service would be lengthy. I was told they do not offer loan cars and I could rent a car from Enterprise. This is unacceptable, as the tail light outage is not my fault and under warranty, so why should I have to pay for my transportation while they fix the problem., I would avoid this dealership at all costs. Will never purchase from this dealer again Horrible experience. When I first leased 3 years ago hey failed to send me the registration sticker which resulted in multiple tickets. And now that I’m trying to finalize the lease 3 years later, I have not received any correspondence from the dealership and they don’t answer the phone. I call 10 to 15 times a day. More
