Our family has had the pleasure of purchasing several cars from Chignoli Auto in Joliet. They have helped us out on selling cars to us as well as buying cars from us. We had no prior experience with Chignoli. We saw a car on the internet we were interested in and went to see it. The experience was great from the time we walked in the door. After buying the car, we found that the driver's side door lock was broken; they got it fixed and let us use a loaner while they did the work. A family business that stands behind their work! More

I purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima after I was involved in a car accident earlier in the month. I contacted Bill Chignoli from Chignoli Auto and from the get go Bill and his staff were extremely helpful, frie a car accident earlier in the month. I contacted Bill Chignoli from Chignoli Auto and from the get go Bill and his staff were extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating to all of my needs and requests. There was zero pressure from their staff. I explained my financial situation and expressed interest in 8 cars on the lot that I had looked at online. He helped me narrow it down to four cars, all within my price range. Bill helped me see the positives and negatives of the four cars. Marc Chignoli helped me out with the financial aspect of it and was very helpful and made the process enjoyable and comfortable. The staff even arranged to have me picked up across town once I returned my rental vehicle, which was very kind and generous of them. This is the second car I have purchased from Chignoli Auto and will I continue to business with them in future. They truly do make you feel like you are a part of their family. More

Gregg was more than helpful negotiating a sale with a Soldier held over in Romania. I was not able to communicate effectively or close on the sale of my vehicle promptly due to the fact of dealing with spotty communications. Despite the difficulties in communicating, Gregg was able to work with me and successfully close on a deal. I was very satisfied with my experience purchasing a vehicle from Chignoli Automotive. They made buying a vehicle stress free and above all they treated a military service member with respect. In the future when I decide to purchase another vehicle I will definitely consider buying from Chignoli Automotive. More

From the moment of my first call, the guys at Chignoli Auto were super helpful and very considerate. When I called and said I was going to stop in to view a certain truck, they had the truck moved inside Auto were super helpful and very considerate. When I called and said I was going to stop in to view a certain truck, they had the truck moved inside and cleaned up before I even arrived. That was really appreciated because the weather was terrible! Upon our arrival, we found everyone there super friendly and eager to assist in any way.
