This was the 7th car I've bought or was involved with (5 for me, 1 for my mother-in-law & 1 for a former employer) from the Chignoli crew. Got my first ones from Jim, a couple from Joe and now this one (5 for me, 1 for my mother-in-law & 1 for a former employer) from the Chignoli crew. Got my first ones from Jim, a couple from Joe and now this one from Marc. They sell quality product with no pressure. High quality, sincere service. All the vehicles purchased have never had a problem; only regular maintenance done to the vehicles. I highly recommend this dealership and its products. Very good experience I had been looking for a specific car and found one at the Chignoli Auto Sales. I was greeted by Gregg, and was "informed" about the vehicles history, I had been looking for a specific car and found one at the Chignoli Auto Sales. I was greeted by Gregg, and was "informed" about the vehicles history, not "sold" the car. I knew what vehicle I wanted and didn't need to be "sold". Gregg was polite, courteous and professional. I had already been to 2 previous dealerships and they were not negotiable on their prices. Gregg and I struck a very good deal within minutes.His price was lower than I was expecting and for a superior model. For financing, I had already been to my bank and knew what interest rate and term I could get. Marc not only was able to match the term, but beat the interest rate by over 1 full percentage point. I have dealt with many dealers in "my years" of buying cars, and this was by far, the BEST! More
