Had a great experience with Chicago North Side Toyota. My sales rep, Rich Bertsche, was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I didn't feel pressured into buying a car, but I did end up getting the Yari sales rep, Rich Bertsche, was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. What a pleasant surprise this dealership was. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Richard Bertsche and told him of my dilemma. I had just bought a 2012Rav4 and needed something smaller so that I didn' and was immediately greeted by Richard Bertsche and told him of my dilemma. I had just bought a 2012Rav4 and needed something smaller so that I didn't have to step up or down out of health reasons. He showed me the Camry Hybrid and I was sold. We took a test drive and I told him if the price was right I would in fact purchase one. He found my color but I wanted leather and a moonroof. He said no problem and brought out different shades of leather and informed me that he would install a moonroof. After picking the right color , I was ready to purchase. Richard showed me that I actually save two thousand dollars from the retail price. I also qualified for.09% . I quickly went through finance and was able to pick up my new vehicle in 4 days with the leather and moonroof installed. That must have taken coordination and teamwork. I couldn't be more thrilled thanks to the team at Chicago Northside Toyota. Thanks everyone. More

Omar Alkaissi, Internet Sales Consultant, offered a competitive price with a promise of hassle free buying experience. However, when I went to dealership, there were a few problems Vehicle of my choice wasn't available and there was a difference between the price and Interest rate. David Solomon, General Manager personally intervened and promptly resolved all the issues satisfactorily. During the entire deal, Richard Bertche, Sales persons at Chicago Northside Toyota, displayed outstanding salesmanship and through his knowledge and mannerism he made the positive impact. More
I needed a new Car, but I've got less than perfect credit. I spoke to Brian Fuller, the Internet Manager and he got the ball rolling for me. They listened to what I said, and then they found a car that fit my needs, with a financing package that is affordable. I'm really glad that I met both Brian and Matthew, and I will be calling them to do business in the future. I plan to tell my friends and family about the great treatment that I received. More

I traded-in my 2011 Camry LE for a leased 2012 Camry SE. I was in and out in less than 1.5 hour. I believe I got a great vehicle and a great service. Over the phone I was told by my very pushy sales rep (Chris Tate) that this BMW 645CI COUPE very poor reviews. I bought a car from these guys online. Over the phone I was told by my very pushy sales rep (Chris Tate) that this BMW 645CI COUPE is beautiful. They rushed me into putting a deposit down for $1500. It felt as if something was wrong but ignored over 100 negative reviews and decide do fly from Texas to Chicago. As I got to the dealership, car's trunk smelled like it had water in it for month, it was rusted, totally flooded out. Chris Tate and the sleezy sales manager tried to convince me that it was the detail which caused the smell. Well not being my first rodeo I asked them if I can get the car inspected- at first they resisted but finally allowed to me to drive this $30k BMW to a nearby European repair shop. Turns out - The car had major flood in the trunk, the fuses were all under water at some point, were oxidized, major rust in the trunk, the rear two tires were worn out on the inside, rear suspension needed major work - and the computer was giving error codes for a bad battery and alternator. I understand the normal maintenance issues such as tires getting worn out due to perhaps bad alignment but they withheld the flooding from me. When I returned, Chris TATE my all honest saleman (Crook) replied "Your mechanic is an idiot" later he followed with "let me guess he also told you the car was flooded" to which I didnt bother to reply. This was not 5pm I was stuck in Chicago - when I asked for a ride to the airport I was told to take a CAB. Which I did to the tune of $55. Bottom line - All these reviews are here for a reason. I should have known better but bought into the sales pitch. They refunded me the deposit but this is one of the worst places. The mechanic shop I went to told me as well that they have a lot of issues with that dealership - the tech pointed to reviews. DO NOT BUY THIS BMW FROM THEM YOU WILL GET SCREWED. CAR IS A JUNK HERE IS THE VIN FOR THE BMW 645CI WBAEH73464B215394. ITS A 2004 WITH 68K MILES, EVEN THOUGH THE AD SAYS 51K MILES. CARFAX AND AUTOCHECK ARE CLEAN BUT YOU WILL BE BUYING JUNK. This was the worst experience buying a car from them. I should have paid attention to over 130 reviews on google and yelp. I hate doing reviews but these people are real crooks. They could have had the decency to tell me before I flew all the way out from Texas. More
