I was there for service work on my PCV valve replacement, APP engine flush, oil flush, 2C minor service/filter/gasket, and left headlight replacement. Antonio Comacho took good care of me and has a great sense of humor. Actually, all of the employees were friendly and helpful. Everyone was courteous and respectful. I felt that I was given expedient service and consideration. I thought that Antonio was very understanding and thoughtful about my financial situation. What really impressed me was how quickly they were able to track down and have delivered some parts for my 1995 Toyota Tercel. I did not have to wait long and it is wonderful that there is a nice TV waiting room for customers. I also saw some wonderful familiar faces like Throng, one of the head mechanics. I've been coming to this dealership/service department since the 80's and I am loyal to Toyota. What a feeling!! :) Marcos Valle is a great customer service rep. So nice on the phone. We went to this dealership almost by accident. My Mother-In-Law had her Toyota serviced here and she was happy with that department, so we knew of them. We had done extensive research regarding our trade and the price of the new car. They matched, or possibly exceeded (one never does know), our expectations. We would highly recommended this group. Jonathan was professional and persistant without applying excessive pressure. As a retired sales manager this can be a rare combination.
