I would recommend t his Service department because my experience is the actual 'work' that gets done is good work. I think the Service advisors need some 'coaching' on Guest Service / Guest Experience experience is the actual 'work' that gets done is good work. I think the Service advisors need some 'coaching' on Guest Service / Guest Experience.. My old change advisor NEVER made eye contact with me. I am an old man, basically a nobody, and he made sure I knew that. Even a little upbeat attitude with a nobody would be nice. I don't need to be the center of attention but a bit of 'how ya' doin' would be great. More

This repair took a step in the wrong direction. However the people here made sure the repair was done right. Even one of the new parts failed (not the dealerships fault). I bought a Camaro from here and have liked the service so I brought my other vehicles here also for oil changes. They stopped stocking my oil filter so I had to bring my own. Kind of feels like they don't wa I brought my other vehicles here also for oil changes. They stopped stocking my oil filter so I had to bring my own. Kind of feels like they don't want non chevy vehicles anymore so I won't be bring my 3 non chevy vehicles here anymore. One filter they got delivered from an auto parts store after they notified me I had to bring my own so they didn't need the filter for that vehicle. The second vehicle I brought a filter for the rep called me and asked me if I gave it to him. Asked me to double check. Turned out a tech already had taken it to the back area. Overall it wasn't the best visit with that rep. I'll keep bringing my Camaro there for my free oil change, but fortunately that's only once a year. More
