JJ is the ONLY Service Rep that ever greets customers as they come in the door. I have been in many times and even if you are not going to the Express Desk he still acknowledges you. All other Service Reps they come in the door. I have been in many times and even if you are not going to the Express Desk he still acknowledges you. All other Service Reps seem to not make eye contact until they have too. More
Service check in was quick and efficient. This was a simple oil and filter change on my 2004 Corvette, but I've been taking my car here for about 2 years for other service as well. Prices have been reasonable with excellent service. Oil change only took an hour. I appreciate the safety check on the car! More
I would absolutely encourage people to not take their vehicles to Everett Chevrolet (especially diesel vehicles) for repair. We had our oil changed and after driving the vehicle the first time after the vehicles to Everett Chevrolet (especially diesel vehicles) for repair. We had our oil changed and after driving the vehicle the first time after the oil change the vehicle had to be towed back to the dealership due to power loss. They ended up replacing the def fluid filter and saying it was good. They did not charge us which we raised an eyebrow to but appreciated. The next time it was driven same issue this time they said the def fluid injector needed to be replaced. They replaced it and said they were going to drive the heck out of it the next day to make sure it was good and to burn off any soot build up. They said they were going to take care of us and again they did not charge us. They did say the issue wasn’t due to the oil change. Thought it was odd they weren’t charging us but went with it. The next day while they were driving the vehicle it caught fire. They told us they were going to make it right and take care of us. For over a month they tried to find parts and to repair the vehicle. After a month they told us it couldn’t be repaired the cost would be too great. They said there wasn’t anything they could do and we would need to go through our insurance. During a meeting with the GM, service manager and techs suddenly the story started changing and one of the things they had originally told us wasn’t done when it should have been done they were now telling us it had been done. When we called the service manager out on it he suddenly didn’t remember saying that. They couldn’t tell us what caused the fire just that it wasn’t their fault. We had given them the benefit of the doubt for a month hoping they would do the right thing! We weren’t asking for the world we just wanted to be made whole. We were extremely patient and tried to be understanding. We didn’t expect them to come out and say it’s their fault even though we strongly believe it’s their fault. Had they done the right thing like they said they were going to and made us whole we would have been satisfied. We are now having to deal with a claim through our insurance and suddenly Everett Chevrolet has a “good idea” of what happened…an idea that they NEVER brought up to us and had never been mentioned previously. We are still dealing with the claim and will have the vehicle sent to another shop for an unbiased look. After years of using their service center (with a few blips that we should have paid more attention to) and having family that have purchased several vehicles and have used Everett Chevrolet for all of their maintenance it’s very disappointing to have things turn out this way.
