In Lynnwood there is a location across from grocery outlet on 176th and Hwy 99. I suggest Chevrolet build a location by my house as I tell the whole city to buy Chevy!!! Poor communication with service department. Was told vehicle was ready. After I paid for the services I started my vehicle and the check engine light was on. Went back in to service dept and ex Was told vehicle was ready. After I paid for the services I started my vehicle and the check engine light was on. Went back in to service dept and explained. They came back and said they forgot to clear the codes. I left the dealership and made it one block and the problem was still there. Took it back and asked how they didn’t catch this on the test drive after repair? I asked if they read the diagnostics from another mechanic that I left on the seat hopefully concurring the issue. Service person came back with a knew diagnosis. I was told I had to pay for a new fuel pump upfront but it was not in stock. I asked if it could be 3 days, 3 weeks or three months to get the part. I was told it could be indefinite. (2019 GMC Sierra) I asked how they arrived at this diagnosis, are you just throwing darts? I was told “pretty much” I won’t be back. More
