I talked with the Mr Jordan Cover, Service Director to find out whether or not they would be able My 1963 Corvair Spyder had serious brake problems. I talked with the Mr Jordan Cover, Service Director to find out whether or not they would be able to work on such a legacy car. He agreed without hesitation. Adam, the service technician, did an exhaustive examination of the brake system. It turned out that the problem(s) were quite involved (improper prior installation of brake components, improper components installation of some brake components), and some other brake-related deficiencies. He was able to locate the new appropriate parts, order them and get them installed. He also noted issues in the gear-shifting and powerplant portions of the car that I might otherwise not have been aware of. Long and short of the story: he and service director drove the car to the DMV where it passed the brake inspection with excellent results. Mr Cover and Adam both were easy to deal with throughout this process. They kept me informed regarding options available for the various issues that surfaced during the car's service, and answered my email and telephone inquiries without delay. Very importantly, they focused on doing things right. They've certainly earned my confidence in all respects for car service! More
