Title: Extremely Poor Ethics and Customer Service Review: I brought my car to this Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa fe for a simple diagnostic and health check because my warranty was about to Service Review: I brought my car to this Chevrolet Cadillac of Santa fe for a simple diagnostic and health check because my warranty was about to expire. The car had no issues and no warning lights when I dropped it off. During the visit, they replaced the driver-side door switch without my request. When I picked up the car, I was in a rush to pick up my daughter. on my drive I noticed the Check Engine Light was on—which was NOT on before. The next day, I called to report this. I was told the technician Victor Novbakhtian was sick and my message would be passed to management. No one called me back. I called again the following day, and management , Joe Gonzales finally responded, saying the car now needs another diagnostic—at my expense—because my warranty had expired. I explained the light came on while the car was in their care, but they accused me of lying instead of taking responsibility. This is unacceptable. Their ethics and customer service are the worst I’ve experienced. They created a problem, refused accountability, and tried to charge me for something that happened under their watch. I strongly advise avoiding this shop if you value honesty and professionalism. I will pursue BBB complaint . More
My girlfriend and I decided to fly to Santa Fe from Denver and buy a brand new corvette. We were met at the airport by Jonathan and upon arrival to the dealership we were treated like royalty by Jesus Denver and buy a brand new corvette. The price was fantastic and no unnecessary fees or marked up features added to the car! I have purchased new cars out of state brfore and this was by far the easiest to date. A truly remarkable car buying experience! I hope when they get a ZR1 corvette they keep me in mind. I will always look at the Chevy dealer in Santa Fe 1st while shopping for my next vehicle! Thank you Jesus and Jonathan! More

Santa Fe Chevrolet has had my vehicle going on 8 weeks. When Daniel was taking care of my claim he kept in contact with me letting me know the progress of my repairs but when Daniel.quit it was turned over When Daniel was taking care of my claim he kept in contact with me letting me know the progress of my repairs but when Daniel.quit it was turned over to the Service Department. Victor has been my worst nightmare. Every time I call to see when I can expect my vehicle I get blown off The receptionist tells me he’s with customers & he never returns my calls. I honestly don’t believe Chevrolet cares about their customers who go to them for service otherwise Victor would no longer be there. Break Master has been more forthcoming with information about my vehicle. Daniel sent my vehicle to Brake Master for a problem they couldn’t take care of & that’s when Brake Master came into the picture. I am reporting Chevrolet to the BBB & hope they can help me get my vehicle back in working order. More
Joe, Steve, Mike and Ricardo were all amazing! They all went out of their way to help me obtain financing for a vehicle I've been waiting three years for! DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE. i spoke with the Service Manager and he suggested blowing out my windshield wiper washer line. When I brought the car back the second time, Victor in service tried telling me there was a “miscommunication” and that he informed me nothing has been fixed the first time. Why would I have paid all that money for nothing?? There was no miscommunication because none of that information was communicated to me. So now I’m left hundreds of dollars out of pocket for an issue that was not resolved. Unbelievable. Go anywhere else but Chevy of Santa fe. More
