Great New Buick! Daine (yes Daine, not Diane) and Steve were amazing to work with. We worked with Daine first; test driving a couple of Encores. He explained all of the features and really made us feel comfortable with the car. He was very patient as we set up and tested out the Android Auto. We were unable to complete the sale due to a time limitation, which Daine completely understood and was very gracious about. We came in the next week and worked with Steve because Daine was unavailable. We had brought our biggest suitcase to see how it would fit in the back of the vehicle. When we were unsure of whether or not it was big enough, Steve offered to let us drive it home to figure it out (which was not necessary for us). Talking numbers was very easy and pleasant enough that we almost felt like we left money on the table (even though we got an INCREDIBLE deal). At no point did I feel pressured to buy anything. It was almost as if they actually just wanted us to get the vehicle that we needed/wanted. Absolutely best experience at any dealership. More
