They claim stuff was already done which hasn't been. After 5 hours driving each way they didn't come through on the one and only thing I asked for to be done before hand. Our salesperson William was friendly, courteous and professional (without being pushy or high pressure). He promised us a "stress free" experience and he totally delivered. And if he didn't know the answer to a question he didn't try to fake it...he went inside and researched it so he could provide an honest answer. Son’s first car so wanted the experience to be a good one. Car presented well. Drove home the 250 miles after cash purchase. Satisfied upon arrival. Day two, less than 300 total miles driven the instrument panel lights up like its Christmas. Had it looked at and it threw several codes, with some twice indicating they were not new. Estimated round 2300 in repairs. Looked specifically at new car dealerships with the (now proven untrue) thought that they wouldn’t keep anything bad, they’d wholesale it and move on. Not this one. No integrity. Staff wanted to video a testimonial on how good things were. I refused and said I would consider in 6 months. Appears that was the only good de idiom I made that day. More
