I have purchased in the neighborhood of 20-25 vehicles in my lifetime and have come to dread the thought of car shopping due to high pressure sales agents that swoop down upon you as soon as you step foot on the lot. Connie was laid back, no pressure, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. She was able to answer all of my questions about the different models and options. She spent quite a bit of time with me over the course of four days and I appreciate her patience and kindness. Kip Harvey was the finance manager that I dealt with and even though he was under the weather health wise, he was extremely thorough and took time to answer all of my questions. The vehicle that I purchased was a 2016 Ford F150 demo and had a couple minor issues that I asked to be looked after and Matt Lankford, the assistant service manager took care of everything in a timely, professional manner. I mention the three people above by name but I met numerous employee's and all were very pleasant to speak to and made me feel like I was family and not just a customer. I would highly recommend the dealership and service department to everyone. More
