Jay Kimmel introduced himself and with a few words about what i was looking for he took me straight to the car I purchased. Jay was informative about the cars on the lot as well as older models that were not on the lot. I appreciate this level of knowledge because it helped me to make an informed decision about just what i was getting in the car I was looking at. I never felt rushed or coerced which was a refreshing change of pace and when it came time to sign the papers I was comfortable doing so because Jay took the time to answer all of my questions as well as helping me out by suggesting a few facts I hadn't thought to ask about. Once we were all set with the financing Jay introduced us to Kip and immediately my guard went up(this was the finance guy everyone warns you about when car shopping!!!), but my fears had no merit at this dealership as Kip was straight forward and honest. Most of the dealerships I have dealt with try to push the buyer into a warranty and Gap insurance at inflated prices. Kip laid everything out for me on paper so i could look at it and see exactly what i was paying for and what I was getting for that price, then simply chatted with my fiancee and I while I came to the conclusion that the Gap price and coverage was amazing as well as the 100,000 warranty. I have never felt so good about buying a car in all of my 46 years. More

Car buying made fun again This is the second new car that we purchased from Chestatee Ford in the past few years and while the first one was quick and easy, our Sales person, This is the second new car that we purchased from Chestatee Ford in the past few years and while the first one was quick and easy, our Sales person, Brad Minard actually made this one fun. He explained all of the different features by model and allowed us to take out 3 different vehicles for as long as we wanted to to insure it wast the right car for us. Brad didn't pressure us but let us make the decision at our own pace. Working with Mark Nester in Finance they made the process of financing quick and easy and again showed us the value of adding an extended warranty plan to the deal. Today Brad delivered the car to our house and spent 30 minutes going over all of the features and even setup the majority of settings including pairing our phones to the vehicle, and more.
