I took my truck in, because my engine light was lite on Tuesday. They said they would not get to run the diagnostics it that day. No problem, I told them I would bring it in Wednesday at 07:30. Which I did Tuesday. They said they would not get to run the diagnostics it that day. No problem, I told them I would bring it in Wednesday at 07:30. Which I did. I've called multiple time - they could not get to it until Thursday, then Friday . On Friday I was told some mechanics were coming in on Saturday- but the service rep. did not know what they would be working on. It's now Monday - this is day six that my truck has been in the shop. I was just told maybe - tomorrow. During this time I've been told I can not get a loaner vehicle from them. They don't do this any more. I've been told this six times. Three times I've been told I would be contacted - once was before the end of the day on Friday, to update me on the status of the test- NEVER has anyone attempted to call me - I've initiated all phone calls. I want to stress, that I am not talking about getting my truck fixed.... This is the time it takes to run diagnostics. So PERHAPS after 6-7 Days someone can run a diagnostic test. AMAZING. Any thoughts on how many weeks it will take to actually fix the Truck? More

We were looking for a new Ford Edge Titanium and this dealership was really the only one that had the color and interior we wanted. Never having dealt with then before, and the fact they were not in rea dealership was really the only one that had the color and interior we wanted. Never having dealt with then before, and the fact they were not in real close proximity to where we live, we decided to go ahead and pay them a visit. And we didn't regret it! After 2 hours time, we walked away with the new vehicle we wanted! More

Buyer Beware. This dealership is deceptive. We contacted them about a Bronco Sport that was on the website as in transit to their dealership. We specifically asked if they were currently marking up the Bron them about a Bronco Sport that was on the website as in transit to their dealership. We specifically asked if they were currently marking up the Bronco Sport just because of the popularity of the vehicle. I was assured by the salesperson on the phone that "No, we are not marking up this vehicle. We are currently marking up the F250 Superduty" We went ahead and accepted the price on the window sticker available online, provided the $500 deposit to hold the vehicle and even discussed down payment and agreed upon a finance option. Surprisingly to us, after we increased our down payment the dealership returned with an "issue". Apparently there had been a miscommunication between the salesperson and the general manager (Keith Dodson). Keith informed the salesperson to refund our money we paid for the deposit. His reason was the Bronco Sport we had made the deal on "should" have been marked up $2000 because of it's popularity. This is the definition of bait and switch. At this point the the customer service deteriorates quickly. The general manager did not contact us directly to address the terrible communication within the dealership. Rather Keith sent his salesperson in to take the fall and bear the brunt of a legitimately frustrated customer. The dealership did not try and negotiate with us. **We did want a particular accessory that was around $1000 and could have been a leverage tool. They could have offered to split the difference with us (not that we would have accepted on principle alone). They did not offer anything at all. Basically it was "pay the extra $2000 or you don't get your car. During a time when many business are struggling, restaurants for example, there isn't a rush to manipulate customers like this. This is not common practice. The only explanation I was offered was that they were accustomed to selling 150 cars per month and were currently only selling 31. As a result they had to mark up the in-demand cars. I honestly doubt the $2000 Chestatee Ford and Keith Dobson bullied us with will do anything at all to keep the doors open. It does speak VOLUMES about the ethics and policies of this dealership that they would choose the $2000 over good customer service. We honestly believe we were baited because of the down payment we offered. They saw an opportunity to try and extort more money from us. Many people are struggling now. Loosing homes, business, loosing loved ones. This dealership and others are implementing predatory practices. I will state again here what I said to the salesperson, Jay- in the long run, it is us, the consumer that keeps your doors open. It is not the unethical practice of marking cars up and manipulating customers. Do not support this practice or this dealership. Boycott them. More
