Service Excellence We bought a car from John Duke last November. We had some problems with the car starting and the first person we call was John Duke. Not only John came over our house the next day but he brought his own jump starter, jump the car left his own car for us but took our car to the dealership for repairs. Thankfully we with in 400 miles of the warranty our battery was replaced for free. With that kind of service from John Duke, we will always buy a car or truck from John Duke.
