Their philosophy is to take the time to insure that the customer gets the features they really want, rather than just selling them a vehicle with features they don't want. Brad took the time to listen to us and was very honest in his suggestions. After the sale, the dealership spent time with us teaching us the basics of the car features and how to use them. They even offer classes on specified Saturdays for anyone who wants to learn more about the features of their new vehicle so that they get the most benefit from the features. They introduced us to their service manager and made everything clear about their complementary oil change and maintenance schedule, along with making it clear as to all other details for tag, title, warranty and financing etc. This is the best car buying experience we have had in our 45 years of car buying.
