They had many other great trucks but we found the exact truck we were looking for online so we went a little off of our beaten path after Connie sent me pictures and the dealership followed up with our internet request for more information. Connie knew her stuff and was very easygoing and low pressure. The whole process took about 1.5 hours from start to finish as we had no trade in. We felt like we got a great deal. When I was concerned about something in the coolant reservoir they let us have a loaner truck for the weekend until their service department could come in to check it out. Very pleased. I still buy from Brad!!! I bought Fords from Brad Minard for years when he was near Stockbridge - fifteen minutes from my house. This time I drove an hour and a half to Chesta I bought Fords from Brad Minard for years when he was near Stockbridge - fifteen minutes from my house. This time I drove an hour and a half to Chestatee Ford because he does not play games; he just helps you get a good vehicle at a good price. I was very happy to find that the other people I met at Chestatee were there to help as well. Kip Harvey, the Finance Manager and General Sales Manager Randy Berry were very nice and efficient as well. I am very pleased with my new Escape, and will be back with my husband in the near future for a new Explorer! It is nice to do business with friends-both new and old at Chestatee Ford. More
