Owner Steve was a great help as well. I came in and asked for Brad and Mark in finance tolde Brad was not in at the moment but Mark found Steve to help me until Brad returned to the dealership. I drove a car with Steve and walked the lot until Brad arrived. After listening to my need to have great back support and hands off loading Brad suggested the Edge Sport for me. Although my new Edge has many features I would not be patient enough to ever utilize Brad MADE me stay and take the extra time to learn the new devices I had just purchased. He did this after I told him I never took the time to learn about the Escape I purchased five years ago from Brad. I need a lot more one on one instruction than most and Brad picked up on this. Also the dealership itself is very welcoming including the staff that was not involved in my purchase.
