They ran diagnostics, said I needed a sensor replaced but I also needed a ton of other things that didn't show in their diagnostic tests. So they ordered the part I took car back and they fixed the sensor and drove about 15 miles and the check engine light came back on. So Andi told me to bring the car back. Well you know its not easy to take a day off work to take the car back and back. But I did take it back and they told me that another sensor was bad. The other sensor had already been fixed bu Andi kept saying that it was aftermarket. So they quoted me $ 544.00 to repair that sensor. And this diagnostic test cost me $ 66.00 but they would credit that if I let them repair within 90 days. I knew the other sensor had already been fixed. I bought one of the little car diagnostic thing from Walgreens, and guess what the sensor that they wanted me to fix for $ 544 showed no errors. You know do they see women coming and think we are stupid ? Why didn't the service guy just clear the check engine light and do the right thing. Because then he wouldn't have a pay check, But I would rather be honest !!!! More
Fraud be aware when buying new car Fraud be aware! Make sure to read every paper and the amount before you sign. During purchase i strictly declined 100k additional warranty. Finance g Fraud be aware! Make sure to read every paper and the amount before you sign. During purchase i strictly declined 100k additional warranty. Finance guy said ok & gave me bunch of paper to sign; which i signed without reading. After a month i get the bill with extra $1800. Then i started looking into the papers and apparently finance guy sneeked in the 100K warranty which i had declined. Don't trust what they say, make sure to read all the documents before signing. I had my regular mechanic look at it and he said that it didnt need anything! Not even the breaks they said it needed! He said I had over 50% left on them. He also said that he has seen several instances of this same thing coming from this service center lately. If you need work here....GET A SECOND OPINION! More

Not ethical I had repairs performed several week and half ago. When I was on my way home I noticed that my radio had a bad reception, but thought there was just I had repairs performed several week and half ago. When I was on my way home I noticed that my radio had a bad reception, but thought there was just some interference in the area and I was heading to a remote area where I live. I went straight home from the dealership. The next morning I noticed that my antenna was broken off and the base of the antenna was cracked like it had be hit with something very hard. My husband asked me several times over the course of a week or so if I had called the dealership to tell them about it. I am a CPA and Controller for a small company and I barely have time to eat during the day at work. When I finally called, they said I could bring it down and they would see if they could help us out. Since I would have to take time off work, I point blank asked if they were going to fix this and did not expect to be charged. The lady in repairs insinuated that my account was suspicious since I had waited so long to call and that they didn't know what they could do for me since the shop foreman had no knowledge of any issue that could have caused my antenna to break off. Never go there again!!! More
Thieves Spent $4300.00 to have my truck repaired. Got my truck back still running hot, they finally found the radiator and condenser were clogged. So for a cl Spent $4300.00 to have my truck repaired. Got my truck back still running hot, they finally found the radiator and condenser were clogged. So for a clogged radiator I had to buy a water pump, thermostat and fuel pump. What does a fuel pump have to do with over heating you ask? Same question I ask and got the answer with you had a code. Like I said $4300.00 later my air doesn’t blow but I do have a new fuel pump. More
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I brought my car in on a warranty recall and was returned with a car with more problems than I've ever had. They wanted me DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I brought my car in on a warranty recall and was returned with a car with more problems than I've ever had. They wanted me to get over 2k worth of work that "nothings wrong with it now but it could be later". They were short with me and my questions. Lied about what they did. And didn't even put the hoses on again or tighten the clamps. Took off part of my fender that wasn't supposed to be touched. Thank God I took it to my usual mechanic who fixed all their lazy mistakes before I broke down. If only they looked at it when I asked but given the reply of "they leave in 5 minutes you can bring it back another time". They don't care about you, your time, or your vehicle. They only want your money! More

Salesman yelled at and insulted me on the phone We highly advise against going there. We are still extremely upset over the insulting things a salesman said to us. I called the general sales numb We highly advise against going there. We are still extremely upset over the insulting things a salesman said to us. I called the general sales number Friday afternoon to inquire about buying a new Camry. A guy by the name "Tony" picked up the phone. Everything sounded pleasant in the beginning. I told him he sounded like a nice guy and I would like to continue to work with him on getting this new car. I asked him to send me an email with a price. He refused and started to lecture me. I said, "Hey man, I totally understand you get a lot of calls inquiring price, but some of those calls don't bring you any sales. But I need to have your contact info stored, and if I decide to drop by and buy a car from you, I'd like to have something to remember you by." To which he retorted, "I AM NOT DOING THAT! I only make 75 bucks if you sell you this car. I am not gonna give you a price! We are not a pricing agency!" That was only the start of his harangue. It was only 2 minutes into our conversation. I tried everything to understand his position and to calm him down. He continued to talk down to me, asking if I am a student. I told him I am about to get a philosophy degree and enter a law school next year. He said, "oh, so you will become a lawyer? Do you think it's ethical for someone with means to buy a car very cheap and let us make not even 3% of the price?" He continued to accuse me of being "unethical", and even astringently said, "If you don't go to law school, your philosophy degree is worthless. No one is ever going to hire someone who studies philosophy. You will probably end up getting a xxxxty job like mine, or even worse." I was shocked how he trashed his own job and at the uncalled-for things he said. He even said "I just fired you as a customer." I tried everything to appease him, but he was implacable. I told him "what are arguing with me for? I am a customer." He just refused to listen or let me talk. Tony started a rant barely two minutes into what started off as a pleasant conversation, and he still wasn't ready to stop after going off 20 minutes. While I was being polite and didn't want to hang up, he continued to lecture me. I tried to appease him and get him to tell me the price of the car, so that we could go back on track. I felt he had a lot of hate towards his job, but I thought he sounded nice in the first two minutes of the conversation, and I wanted to give it a last shot at bringing him back to track. But Tony was still very acidic and insulting in tone. I told him if he was not willing to give me a price, I had to go. He wen "Ok! YOU WIN! How about that?! Huh?! Bam! YOU WIN!", then followed by more verbal abuse. Then I hung up. Two hours later I got a voicemail message, saying, "Eric, I got your price." The caller didn't leave a name. I didn't know who that was. So I called back, and found out the call was from your dealership. So I explained to the receptionist what happened, and requested that a manager or supervisor call me back. But I haven't heard from you. I am majorly disappointed. (This proves my point. He refused to send me an email, and when he called me I didn't even know who that was, despite the fact that he gave me a very unforgettable lecture.) The price he gave me would otherwise have been something I would be willing to continue working with him on, had he not insulted and talked down to me. More
