Do not bring your vehicle here for service. I bought my Tacoma new and have brought it here for service every time because it is the closest dealer to me. Every time the service has gotten worse. I came for a simple oil change and tire rotation, I pulled into the service bay and no other cars were in line. I think sweet I’ll be out of here in 30 minutes... Nope 2 and a half hours later they finish with my vehicle. Staff was no help either. More

Not our problem 2018 Corolla had a very small rattle. Cherokee County Toyota said it was the left front strut that was in the process of failing at 42,000 miles, and 2018 Corolla had a very small rattle. Cherokee County Toyota said it was the left front strut that was in the process of failing at 42,000 miles, and would not be replaced since the warranty expired at 36K. They admit struts should last closer to 100,000. Refused to adjust their policy. I called the national service number and got the same story. This is a $150 repair. They spend more than that mailing me fliers to come and spend money. Also told me the Michelin tires were "bald" when they aren't even to the wear bars and are wearing perfectly. Also did an oil change and didn't top off other fluids. Not sure I'll ever buy another Toyota at this point. More

The experiences was horr Several months ago, I was in the market for a new car, to replace a 2016 Sonata. I went to another dealer, Marietta Toyota. The experiences was horrible. They inflated the cost of the new car with a lots of 'worthless' crap on the addendum sticker. Then they 'lowballed' the trade-in value of my trade-in, by almost $3K, which I told them ahead of the time, had been appraised by both Carvana and Carmax. It made me dubious about dealing with any other Toyota dealers. Thank goodness, I took a chance. I had a different need for a good used car, with a manual transmission. Cherokee County Toyota had a Mazda 6-year 2015. When I inquired initially, I was told it was already sold. Fortunately, Damian, a sales rep. corrected that mistake, saying it was still available. We negotiated the price over several days, and on the last day of November, I reached my number. When I came for the test drive, another salesman, happily showed me the car and took me out for a run, even though the sale would not be his. He gave me all the time I needed to visually evaluate the vehicle. So when I revisit getting a 'new' car, I will give him an opportunity. I'm skeptical of buying used cars, but I was assured in email, that they would take it back, if I found any major issues mechanically with it. As for delivery, it was quick and fast. The FI manager, did try to entice me to look at that generic warranty stuff, but he did not push the issue when I said, NO! So that is another point. I was in and out of there in about 90 minutes, at the most. Last of all, they are true to their advertisement. They only charge you the price of the car, the sales tax, a tag and title fee of about $43. That's it. So you can trust these guys, based on the results that I got. In many other dealers, this is kind of what your buyer's order looks like. 16,000 - negotiated price 1,280 - tax 699 - dealer fee (worthless, it only becomes valid if you let a dealer charge it to you) 756 - tinted windows, nitrogen inflated tires, security etching, pinstripes etc -all garbage Sometimes they will have the $699 or higher dealer fee (pre-printed) on the buyer's order. They will tell you things like "Well, it is already pre-printed so we have to charge it", or "If we don't charge it to you, then that means we will have to make an exception for everybody". It is all bogus, unless you fall for it. GOOD THING about Cherokee County Toyota, they don't do any of this crap. They sell you a vehicle, the way you buy a TV. This is the price, this is the tax, and have "A Nice Day". Oh one last thing, I took the Mazda to Rick Case Mazda, and they said it was in excellent condition. Boo-yah. More

I first came in when the 2018 Camry came out and did a test drive, unfortunately, I could not fit it into my budget. I did meet a wonderful employee (they all are) named Tony that recommended me not to purchase a car. I waited almost two years and finally came back to get the XSE I've always wanted. It didn't work out again because of interest, but I found another car I've also had into consideration. A Camry SE with all options besides the sunroof which I thought it had. The SE didn't fit with interest either and I had some negative equity. We went back and forth for a while, but I never backed down. They both say the same line, "Don't jump up for joy and give me a hug." which I thought was pretty funny. They came back with an offer I just couldn't deny. They offered to pay off 97% of my loan, eliminating all negative equity. I left with the car I've wanted forever and I could not be more happy. Garret did an amazing job and he was very funny. This experience has truly changed my car buying experience. I will gladly come back if I need any new Toyotas. Their used selection is great as well. Fastest and least stressful visit ever at a dealership. More

Only thing i feel bad about the salesman was great.i liked him and he did a great job bit brcause of manager and finance guy he lost out on commission. Dont waste your time there.now i know why it was kinda slow compared to other dealerships ive been too. Owner needs to go and retrain all higher ups. More

I had a pre approved loan. they didn't consider and made some diplomatic comments about my race. It's really pathetic to see such dealership still exists in Georgia More
