Had an oil change at Cherokee county Toyota. They had been calling me due to them not me using them for oil changed due to there price. They offered me a special price to come in. I was told that my brakes were worn down to 40% by the service advisor. What they did not know is that I had put new pads and rotors on my car only 4 days before my oil change. Be careful. Get second opinions!! More

The deal on the new car we were buying was also in the price range.my Wife came in on Saturday so this one RAV4 they tell us hey, we can work with you just come in tomorrow.We come in the next on Sunday when I’m off work to look at that one they said they already sold it but heres two more we got in this morning.I’m a little irritated by this but hey stuff gets sold. We like one of them then test drive it so it’s nice we will get this one. We were in the signing. It’s spring and pollen is in the air so when we first inspected the car it was covered in pollen, so we couldn’t see anything wrong with it. The clean it while we were signing and noticed a small dent in the rear passenager side door. Bought it on a Sunday we show the salesman before we get off the lot. He says hey no big deal bring it on Monday. We told them okay works. My wife drives it work hasn’t really used all the functions on the car. She opens the gate/hatchback of our RAV4 for the first time hears this popping noise thinks she should bring it in. Tell her hey let see if it happens again when we use clicks again can’t really see anything wrong with be we know we’re on so can get it checked on tomorrow morning. The morning comes go to open it and it making the popping noise but on opens half way go to bring it in on monday tells us hey can’t really work on this until it have approval from service warranty. That it maybe a 4,000 $ fix if it isn’t takes them about 2 days to get approval that is should be ready Friday at the earliest and Monday at the latest it’s now been over a week and half that they’ve had the car. And they say that they’re waiting on the glass guy to installs and won’t give us an update on when he’s coming. More
We drove down from Tennessee and met with Denis Sokolovski and he was great from start to finish. He was very patient and polite and let us look things over. 2/13/2024 we made an appointment to have the air bag and side door recalls done on our Sienna. We explained our situation and that we would have to wait while the repairs were being done and we were told th side door recalls done on our Sienna. We explained our situation and that we would have to wait while the repairs were being done and we were told that it would take a couple of hours. I arrived 2/14 at 8:50 for the 9 am appointment only to find out that they didn't have the parts to do te recalls. They were apologetic and they ordered the parts. I was told again that it would take a couple of hours to make the repairs. Fast forward to today 3/6. I arrived again at 8:50 to have the recalls done and this time I was told that it would take them all day to do the repairs. Twice we explained our situation to the service department about having to wait while the repairs were being done and twice we were told that it would take a couple of hours. Now it's going to take all day? I left and I'll never go back to this dealership for anything. More

I'm a customer of Cherokee county Toyota in Canton Georgia I purchased three cars from them in the past 4 years a few month ago l was in the market for a car I stopped by the dealership to get a quote Georgia I purchased three cars from them in the past 4 years a few month ago l was in the market for a car I stopped by the dealership to get a quote and I end up talking to the sales manager Mr l (I do not want to say his full name) he was very rude but I was okay with it back then at some point he asked me where I'm from (I immigrant you the United States) and when I told him where I'm from is attitude change completely to the wars today I called the dealership again to get a quote for a Tundra 1794 and I explained to them that I already have an offer for the same truck at a different dealership which is about 2 hours from where I live I explained to them since I bought already three cars from them I want to get the best price that I can get and see if they can match so I can purchase the truck from them at that point then transfer the the call again on the other line is Mr I the sales manager he was very rude and he was trashing the other dealership claiming they are giving me false information and there is no way that's the price that I got and he started to ask you questions that make me feel that he is trying to prove that I'm lying to you at that point I told him I didnt call you to trash the other dealership I just called to give me your best price with all the respect I didn't ask for your opinion from that point he just made a point to humiliating me and talk to me in offensive way among the stuff that he told me is that they don't need me as a customer quote please go and drive 2 hours and make a video how they will tell you the hit you with fees and taxes and send it to me so I can laugh he was laughing at me with the people that was next to him telling me to go go drive to your best deal and then he hung up the phone on me at that point I wanted to file a complaint to Toyota USA I can't help the feeling that that is not an experience anybody should have so please do not purchase at that dealership! Worked with Liz for a long while now - She is knowledgeable and goes the extra mile to make sure I get what's needed. The shop mechanics are stellar. Management always steps in even though they are busy, to say hello and are pleasant to deal with as well. I am in contact with several dealers on a regular basis and these guys are definitely exceptional. More
