I scheduled an oil change/tire rotation for my 2024 Nissan Titan online. The process was fast and easy. He took down my information on his tablet, asked for my key, and showed me to the waiting area. My truck was taken in quickly to the service area. The tech performed the oil change/tire rotation plus a 21-point inspection. He washed the vehicle, and I was in and out of the dealership in about an hour. The work was done right the first time and the cost was reasonable. The people who work in the service department at Cherokee County Nissan, including the service manager, are friendly, courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable I'd recommend them to anyone needing work on their Nissan vehicle. I had my oil change and tires rotated however they did not fill the back wheels to the correct level of air so I had to take it home and even up my back and front wheels with the home pump. Everything felt very rushed even though it took me an hour and 15 minutes to get it all done however when it was done it was all fine. Go take good care of you there at the dealership thank you guys. Just check your tire pressure before you leave. More
