When car was purchased we were told that the car had a maintenance plan and oil changes would be free. There has always been a question of that when we brought the car in for service but we were under the maintenance plan and oil changes would be free. There has always been a question of that when we brought the car in for service but we were under the impression that all was okay and we'd not had to pay for an oil change. This visit we were told that the work was completed and the charge was $74 and there was no maintenance plan and we were at a point that it could no longer be free. That was upsetting to be told after the work had already been done. I would have liked to have been told before the work was done. I'd also like the finance manager to explain why we were told we had a maintenance plan and now there doesn't seem to be one in the system. I remember asking if it could be taken off the price of the car because it wasn't needed. I was told no and that oil changes would be covered. We've bought 2 vehicles from you but doubt we'll ever come back due to the service department being so unprofessional and shady. I'd had an issue with my frontier as well in the service dept but thought the car would still be okay to take for the free oil changes which are no longer free. I told the service writer we wouldn't be back to which he replied " That's fine". I will also be referring all who I know to other dealers as well. Sutherlin Nissan just lost a lot over an oil change. Way to do business. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau. More
Clean shop, organized and always provides feedback during your wait about progress. One item that can make the service area better, clean each vehicle after it was worked on. Fast, efficient and friendly. Just wish the digital service record had detail... Was missing measurements (brakes / tires). Very Helpful with explaining the features of the truck and making sure understood how they all worked, didn’t mind hanging out and answering additional questions I had about the truck. However I suppose like most dealership very pushy to get a deal done. I asked for the Nissan Virtual Key to be added into the sale of my new truck and was told that the part was on back order and Nissan didn’t know when it would be available so it was not added to my sale. After leaving I called another Nissan 15 minutes down the road and they have the part in stock and are be able to get installed the following weekend. So I’m just not sure how a back ordered part is readily available at other dealerships. More

This dealership was very caring of my input about what car i wanted and the features I wanted to have with it. Aubrea and his manager made my experience wonderful and easy.
