My disappointment was not the fault of dealer. The factory did not provide the glue for the recall fix. Bottom line is that the factory, dealer & corporate did not coordinate timing with the recall notice to meet my customer service standard. My second appointment was successful after receiving notice the glue arrived to perform the corrective action to comply with recall.
