Very poor customer service, highly dissatisfied. Service has dissipated since being bought out. Scheduled at appt for a sunroof leak/ clogged drain tube, provided all the details and asked if the Service has dissipated since being bought out. Sadly, rescheduled for another day, was promised by Mac that he could provide a ride home, I called the day before to be proactive and arrange the ride home, was told they couldn’t do that and was spoken to disrespectfully and hung up on by Mac. This is no way to treat customers. More

After talking with Adam on the phone about the car, I knew this was the dealer for me. Drove 4 hours to get to Cherokee County Nissan and they definitely made it worth the trip.
