It took an extreme amount of time to replace and wiper blade. Also the Service Advisor could not get the information right on the paperwork. I thought I was in good hands. ..The service center was very friendly and helpful with setting up the repair I came in for (replacing the tire pressure monitoring system on one tire ..The service center was very friendly and helpful with setting up the repair I came in for (replacing the tire pressure monitoring system on one tire (a service many places have told me should be unnecessary/cheaper but Nissan won't let us just change the battery in them...). But then the following week when I had the repair done the associate came to tell me (in the hour I was there) another of the TPMS went out. This was beyond frustrating and upsetting, as our budget was already pushed for the initial repair, but the gentleman who helped me said he would talk to the manager and get me a good price for that replacement too and call me "that day"....and now I haven't heard anything in a week and a half. I know it's the holidays but I have received this survey request several times since. So since your dealership wants my honest feedback, this is the nicest I can give right now. More
