I took my car in for its first oil change. I was not told when my car was ready. The guy that my appointment was with called my husband letting him know it was ready. My husband informed me of I was not told when my car was ready. The guy that my appointment was with called my husband letting him know it was ready. My husband informed me of this, so I went to the service counter. The guy told me he thought I had left even though when he asked if I was waiting on my car, he was told yes. I then inquired about one of the tires I had asked them to look at. He told me my tire was fine, but then admitted he may have told the tech to look at the front left instead of the right. He apologized & asked if I had a minute to wait. I told him yes & he went to get the tech. They both went outside & I see the tech take a car that is not mine back. I again ask about my tire again & he said it was perfectly fine. When I informed him that my car was still parked outside, he was confused & then said, oh yeah. He looked at all of your tires & there’s nothing wrong with them. Whoever had the nail in their tire, didn’t get it fixed. At that point, I paid for my oil change & left. I do not know if my tire was even looked at. I will be taking my car elsewhere to ensure that my tire is looked at properly. This visit was on Saturday, December 30th. My tire pressure light came on today, January 1st, & it said the PSI was 21. I had to put air in it 2 days after it was supposedly checked. More
