My experience at the quick lube was just great. My car was out in less than 45 minutes when they told me a hour and a half. I’m not really a car guy so I was asking the technician a lot of questions and h was out in less than 45 minutes when they told me a hour and a half. I bought a 2021 Silverado & took it for the first service but when I got my truck back it had oil on my bumper, fender, grille, hood & steering wheel but when I went to start it the next morning all of the o but when I got my truck back it had oil on my bumper, fender, grille, hood & steering wheel but when I went to start it the next morning all of the oil was on the ground underneath my truck. I contacted them & they pretended to be upset & told me that a tow truck was going to be on the way so I sat there for 6 hrs waiting & no truck showed up so the next morning I called to see what was going & nothing but voice mail never tried to contact me. I got fed up with the bs & just fixed it myself. I have bought 4 trucks from them & now after this I can honestly say that I will never go back there again & I would recommend that if you are thinking about going there be very cautious. More
Over the last several years put our trust into Chase Chevrolet to purchase and service our vehicles. We have had A+ experiences and F experiences. Unfortunately the more recent service experiences hav Chevrolet to purchase and service our vehicles. We have had A+ experiences and F experiences. Unfortunately the more recent service experiences have been on a disappointing decline, which are the F grade experiences. We have been a proud owner of Chevrolet cars and trucks since 2005, all purchased through this dealership. We have spent nearly $20,000.00 on services, replacement parts, dishonesty and mistakes in just the last couple of years. Services on just one vehicle which continues to have unresolved issues. At what point do we just call it quits and go somewhere more reliable for the work and answers during/after the first service? There is no timely fashion in which we receive our vehicle back (last time 9 days and a rental vehicle for the last day of service) with little to no communication. There have been times where quotes are given and the budget is gone over by a large sum (and more recently by 1,200.00) If the work isn't done, it will be seemingly detrimental. So again we deplete our funds into this vehicle and we receive it back with the same unresolved issue and less to our name. My heart sinks when we bring it in because Chase has become more of a burden than a blessing. Sad and disappointed, a 1 star rating of the misplaced honesty and integrity to the value and loyalty of their guests. More
This review concerns my last visit to the service department. I scheduled an appointment at 8 am on Friday to get some recall work done and decided to get a diagnostic run because of error messages o department. I was told because they only have two technicians for electric vehicles. I have a 2019 Chevy Bolt. I was told they would have to keep the car overnight because the technicians were busy. I went home and called on Saturday to get the status. My car hadn't even been touched at all, even the recall work that I had made an appointment for. I picked up my car because I have things to do and was told most likely not be able to see it until Tuesday and plan to leave it overnight, I will be checking other dealers for service. Not happy. On 3 seperate occasions I brought a truck in for service and it came back with additional problems<br><br>1st I brought a 91' 3500 chevy in on transmission warrantee (I received a bad gm remanufactured tra and it came back with additional problems<br><br>1st I brought a 91' 3500 chevy in on transmission warrantee (I received a bad gm remanufactured tranny that died after 500 miles),chase changed it out after I explained how the tranny was not connected to the computer and the tranny tech will acually have to do more than plug in a computer and wait for it to do his job.<br> In the process of test driving they broke the new spoiler on the front and damaged my exhaust and claimed they are not responsible for after market parts.(I did not drop it off with these problems)<br><br>2nd I brought my 91 2500 4x4 in to have the heater a/c control repaired the tech claimed to have (clipped an unnessary wire) and it would be fine. really he unpluged my battery and reset the computer,(this was done twice) with a bill of course.upon returning my truck I noticed my steering column was broken while in for sevice ,but of course no one would stand up and take reponsability to fix it without a bill. 2months later my heater control wireing harness caught fire and I replaced it myself to make sure it was done right this time .<br><br>3rd and final CHASE for CHASE I brought my 91 2500 4x4 in for a tranny (again) I recieved a bad (new) not rebuilt gm crate tranny,this time I made it 260 miles ,they had my truck for 9 calander days and it came back with a new noise, quickly dismissed as catalitic converter,which is 2 feet away from the noise . <br> I again will repair the problem myself to get it done right with out the song and dance of service management and another bill. <br> This make me feel that service means seperating you from your wallet is job number 1 and satisfaction is for those that who don't care or do not know any better !<br>THE DAY AFTER THE REVIEW WAS WRITTEN THE TRANNY WENT OUT (PROBABLY THE NOISE THAT WAS SO QUICKLY DISMISSED)instead of being check out properly.
