I have been coming to chase for years for service as well as vehicle purchases. I have always been happy with Chase until a recent visit where my oil filter and drain plug were not completely tightened and t as vehicle purchases. I have always been happy with Chase until a recent visit where my oil filter and drain plug were not completely tightened and threatened the motor of my commemorative edition ss camaro. I spoke with Tyler he was very understanding and was quick to try and make the situation right. I will continue my service because for years it’s been flawless. I’m still happy with chase and understand accidents happen and luckily nothing bad happened to my collector car. The service center sucks! They take way to long to do repairs especially when it’s not a warranty item. I have bought 4 high dollar vehicles there in the last 8 years and will They take way to long to do repairs especially when it’s not a warranty item. I have bought 4 high dollar vehicles there in the last 8 years and will probably need a new suburban by the end of the year. I have all of my cars serviced there on a regular basis but this last time takes the cake. I needed a fuel line replaced on my 2021 high country 2500 HD. I had it towed there and I was told that they didn’t know when they would get to it or how long it would take! I only have one truck and my business depends on it. After calling and complaining about not knowing when my truck would be fixed they finally told me they would look at it the next day to determine what parts they need and how long it would take. When I got the call the next day they told me it would be the end of the following week before they could get to it. I said that is unacceptable and that I needed it done sooner because of all the work I had to do with it. I had to rent a car and there was only a small CRV available witch does me absolutely no good for work. They called me back and said that the parts were in the next day and that they could have it done by the following Tuesday. I said ok, that’s better then the following Friday. I kept in touch with the service tech and he told me that everything was on track for Tuesday all the way up to Monday evening. The next day the service tech was out sick and he told me to get in touch with his manger for updates on what time to pick it up. When I called the service manager on Tuesday morning he didn’t know anything about my situation and had to look up my truck on the computer. He said here you are…. Let me see when your truck will be ready he took my number and said he would talk to the mechanic and call me back. When he called me back shortly there after he told me it will be ready on Thursday!!! I said wait a minute you guys have been telling me it will be ready on Tuesday the whole time and you have had the parts since Friday morning. He said well there’s one more in front of you. I told him you should have told me that from the beginning because I have now scheduled all my work that I need the truck for with the understanding it would be done on Tuesday not Thursday. And I’m renting a car for 65 dollars a day to boot! All he had to say was I’m sorry we can’t get it done until Thursday. I told him that was unacceptable and he needed to make it right. He said I will see how it goes and we will do everything we can to accommodate you. I told him to keep me update by the end of the day so I would know if I was going to have my truck back on Wednesday. He said he would and I waited until the end of the day and never got a phone call back! I’m still waiting for a call back and I still don’t know when my truck will be done. So much for being rated number one in customer service Chase!😕 More
