The gentleman that took my vehicle in for service due to a flat tire was RUDE! My breaks were making a screeching sound and I mentioned it to the service rep. And he stated to me that the nail in my tire wa a flat tire was RUDE! My breaks were making a screeching sound and I mentioned it to the service rep. And he stated to me that the nail in my tire was causing the breaks to screech! Plus they have two different departments but couldn’t communicate between each other, they had me call one department to let them know what the other department found! Like what?? Lack of communication between both departments! Horrible service! More

Own a 2017 Camaro SS. I still bring my car to the dealership for oil change even tho I can do it myself lol. They always take good care of my Amara. Friendly staff too. The transmission of my Tahoe went out. Jesus was able to diagnose it and give me options. They communicated well and also recommended to change break pads.
