I went to this dealership to buy a 2023 Camaro and scheduled a drive test and i wanted to trade in my car 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV. They told me that my 2022 Bolt EUV has a factory recall and i should call scheduled a drive test and i wanted to trade in my car 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV. They told me that my 2022 Bolt EUV has a factory recall and i should call GM to process a buy back since with the battery issue they can only offer me 15k. I told them that i dont have a battery issue and has 14,000 miles only on my car. I sales person Humberto told me that his sales manager has pulled up my vin and something regarding my battery has come up and he has advised to call GM and ask for buy back. When i called GM and provided my VIN they said there is nothing wrong with my car and i should consider going to another dealership. I informed the sales person Humerto he informed me that everyone is processing a buy back for bolt and i should also do that as well and he even took me to the service department to initiate a buy back. The service department look up my vin and told me there is nothing wrong with my car there just a diagnostic update which they kindly did within an hour and they told me they dont know why the sales department asked me to process a buy back. I decided not to deal with this dealership since they appeared to be shady even though i got approved by GM financials for the 2023 Camaro for 84 month financing. They have lost me as a customer. More

Terrible service they “fixed my car” twice but the 3rd it didn’t even leave the lot before same problem happens again. Angel is very unprofessional very hard to get ahold of my car was there 3 weeks plus! Fo didn’t even leave the lot before same problem happens again. But instead the car out with 4 codes that weren’t there before and they released the vehicle to me without addressing that with me.
