I had pulled my hood switch tested it and new it was bad and when I called Chase I told them I need a new hood switch and they charged me for diagnostic anyways and on top of that they should have pushed it and when I called Chase I told them I need a new hood switch and they charged me for diagnostic anyways and on top of that they should have pushed it thru the factory warranty I was just over on the milage. Second problem was I had to change my front disk pads due to being metal to metal and it messed up the computer and I get that but they charged me again for a brake system inspection and that should have been under warranty I have gone thru 2 sets of front pads and my rears are still at 85% More
