They’re hospitality and customer service is wonderful. However, their Service department sucks! I keep up with maintenance on my car. Twice or three times I have gone for an oil change only to have other things suggested. I accept to fix or replace what they suggest only to come back with problems that they will not admit to having caused. I have spent hundreds of dollars in fixing things they break. Now they broke my a/c after replacing the filter. The part I’m told will cost $2,900. Of which they have graciously offered to pick up 60% of the cost. Still me having to pay %40, on an a/c that I was not having problems with,is really not assistance. I am so completely disappointed with them. To top it off, this last check when they returned the car to me, they didn’t even put the filter back or the air cabin cap back on! More
Had an appointment for oil change spent 2 hrs another man spent 4 hrs. I will never go to that dealership ever, they lost 2 clients in one day. Then they didn't sent me a survey so charlie wouldn't find out spent 4 hrs. I will never go to that dealership ever, they lost 2 clients in one day. Arrived with my frintier at 7:40 a.m. 4 hrs later had to ask what was going on with my vehicle as no one had given me any info after waiting so long. Spoke to matt who told me i was not there at 7:40 and w ask what was going on with my vehicle as no one had given me any info after waiting so long. Spoke to matt who told me i was not there at 7:40 and were still trying to figure out what was wrong. I then told him to get my vehicle as i looked in all the repair stalls and could not find it . He had told me it was lifted and being looked at which was not true. I requested a manager and i explained situation. He wanted me to wait longer as they needed to hook up to computer to diagnose problem. Not sure what they had been doing for the 4 hrs i had waited. Needless to say i asked him to get my truck and i drove away with no resolution. Worst experience ever. First and last time i buy from this dealership. More
Finance guy was pissed I was negotiating as a woman, jacked price up another grand after agreeing to his terms. The Nissan 21 you sold us is dangerous. It has breaked suddenly twice without any obstacles in the front. I have been calling since yesterday and nobody actually cares to help.
