This guy sold me a lemon and knew it. The repair shop inspected the engine the code was bad #1 cyl, upon investigation they found the #1 cyl had been worked on the spark plug had been replaced, I suspect Jim's mechanic had done this work. The real problem was the valves, which meant the engine had to be removed in order to make the repair. When contacted Jim declined to share in the repair cost (you bought the car as is). We ended up purchasing a one-owner vehicle in good condition with decent mileage for a price well below Blue Book. The low overhead/no commission structure of this operation gives him an edge over larger dealers in the price he can offer.
