Chapman Nissan

HORRIBLE. WE JUST BOUGHT A NEW 2013 NISSAN ALTIMA THAT WAS LESS THAN TWO WEEKS OLD. IT BROKE DOWN WITH LESS THAN 800 MILES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! TOWED TO ANOTHER NISSAN PLACE WHERE THEY SAID THEY WAS LESS THAN TWO WEEKS OLD. IT BROKE DOWN WITH LESS THAN 800 MILES IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! TOWED TO ANOTHER NISSAN PLACE WHERE THEY SAID THEY CAN NOT FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM AND IT IS MOST LIKELY TO HAPPEN AGAIN. THEY CAME TO GET THE CAR FROM THE NISSAN DEALERSHIP THAT WAS CLOSER TO MY JOB AND BRING ME A LOANER.....WHERE THEY GOT IN A ACCIDENT IN THE LOANER CAR. MY CAR THEN WAS SUPPOSE TO BE SEEN BY THEIR SERVICE MANAGER WHO SAID THAT THE CAR RUNS FINE....I ASKED HIM...."SO YOU FOUND OUT WHY MY REMOTE START AND PUSH START WOULD NOT START THE ENGINE?" HE SAID NO.....BUT ITS RUNNING GOOD NOW. THIS IS A CAR MY NEWBORN AND KIDS RIDE IN...THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT REPLACE ME WITH A SAFE NEW CAR BECAUSE THEY WILL NOW HAVE TO SELL A USED CAR....( WHY WOULD THEY EVEN TRY TO SELL IT AGAIN TO ANOTHER FAMILY) THEY ALSO TOLD ME TO TRADE IT IN....PASS THIS ALONG TO FAMILY. I ALWAYS WENT TO FRED BEANS BEFORE THIS BUT I WAS CLOSER TO THIS ONE....I WILL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN More
