The experience I had at Chapman Nissan was great. The sales guy Henry really treated me like I was family and I didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of, he answered all of my questions, even the sales guy Henry really treated me like I was family and I didn't feel as if I was being taken advantage of, he answered all of my questions, even the stupid silly ones. Yes I am a woman and I was there by myself. The finance department persons I talked to were very thorough with explaining every nook and cranny, they answered all of my questions. Everyone there from the greeter to the manager made me feel great. I didn't leave out of there feeling like I signed my life away. They worked hard to find me a great deal and I brought a used 2008 Nissan Rogue with 34000 miles and in excellent shape. I've been recommending people to Chapman Nissan since I brought the Rogue.
