It was a good experience. The staff was very professional. I wasn't really looking for a new car, my warranty on my old car was up and I didn't want to have huge mechanic bills. I have reached out to USAA to remove you from the program. You sold us a 1995 Neon having reported over and over that it only had 26,000 miles but the odometer only works intermittently.
