Nick Nicholas was patient and honest; when I decided that I was ready to purchase, Nick wasn't in yet, so Bill answered my questions, verified that the color and version I most wanted was available, and confirmed the deal over the phone, giving full credit to Nick who was coming in later that day. I drove in and was greeted by Nick - who came in over 4 hours early to take care of me. I met Bill, too - they truly are a team focused on the customer - how refreshing!
