Quick transaction, good payment. Nick really cares about the customer! I had went to another Mazda dealership first, and while the salesman was nice, he just was not very informative. Then I decided to go to Chapman Mazd I had went to another Mazda dealership first, and while the salesman was nice, he just was not very informative. Then I decided to go to Chapman Mazda the following week, even though it was quite a bit further from my house. Glad I did! I had an appointment with Nick and he was waiting for me when I got there. Very pleasant and friendly, extremely informative (answering every question I had about the CX-5 without hesitation), very patient and not pushy whatsoever. He never tried to steer me towards something I was not interested in. He also asked a lot of questions, to make sure he understood exactly what I wanted. From start to finish, he truly cared about me getting the vehicle I wanted and at a reasonable price. Another thing that I liked is that I dealt with Nick - and only Nick - throughout the whole vehicle sales process (there was one other person - which was the finance dept. for the paperwork, but that was it). There weren't multiple people coming over telling me this and that, which can be a bit intimidating. Now even though (again) this dealership is a bit further from my house, due to the excellent sales service I received - they will also receive my business when needing any repairs and/or maintenance work. Chapman Mazda is a smaller, family owned dealership - and in my opinion, this makes a big positive difference. I believe you get more personalized service there.... You are not just another "commission" as with many of the large chain dealerships. And I hope Chapman Mazda realizes what gem they have with Nick being on their sales staff! I will be recommending Chapman Mazda and Nick (specifically) to anyone I know in the market for a car. Deborah B. More
