As a parent of a new driver, safety was our top concern especially living in this big city. Not only is the CX-5 a sharp crossover but it has all the new Safety features we were looking for. Car buying is definitely not one of our favorite things to do, but honestly this was a great experience and we would like to express our appreciation to Nick Nicholas at Chapman Mazda in Phoenix. Breaking up is hard to do, as that little car fit me like a glove, and moved me between Arizona and Colorado more than once. So, it’s with mixed emotions that I step into something bigger. I had considered a Honda CR-V and Subaru, but the Mazda interior, ride and quiet cabin really stood out. Plus, I was partial to how my old Mazda handled going up and down curvy canyons. Bill was genuinely patient, kind and considerate with me as a lead, since I initially reached out back in March and then had to postpone the shopping experience. I appreciated his approach after being inundated with calls, emails and texts from a few other local dealers while trying to research cars online. I was an indecisive shopper, as the combination of trim, color and drive (AWD vs FWD) that I wanted was no longer available. Bill and Paul Dodge came up with alternate recommendations, made some concessions on upgrades/add-ons I had not wanted, and I FINALLY made a decision. They were both straight-forward, very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I feel they genuinely care about their customers. Elizabeth Gutierrez was a whiz at the paperwork and even the GM stopped by. He offered to have the car delivered—but since I was from Sedona (two-hours away), I ultimately passed. I appreciated the more laid-back and straight-forward approach at Chapman Mazda and would highly recommend this team! More

Great service I drove in with no appointment because my "check engine" indicator was on. Wayne suspected that it was my battery and got me right in. The techs con I drove in with no appointment because my "check engine" indicator was on. Wayne suspected that it was my battery and got me right in. The techs confirmed it was the battery and replaced it. Wayne kept me informed and I was out of the service area with a new battery and car wash within 45 minutes. Great service!!! More

Great Customer Service Jordan was awesome!! I went to go look at a specific car but it wasn't on the lot at the time. He showed me another car but I wasn't interested. He wa Jordan was awesome!! He wasn't pushy & suggested I come back the next day to see the Ford Focus I originally want to see. I showed up next day I test drove the car & had it checked by my Mechanic. I bought the car & Jordan stayed late so I could take my rental back & have someone bring me back to get my car. I would definitely recommend Jordan. More
