Both Scott Sullivan and Paul Dodge were very helpful in the I had bought several cars over the years but this was the first time doing it on my own. I met several other people and they all treated me like family. Justin was my service adviser and he took care of me like I was his brother. There were a few things that needed to be done and he helped me prioritize which was most important and we took it from there. He made the process smooth and answered all my questions. He was so patient in explaining all the cool accessories and safety features in my car and made sure I understood how to use them.Five stars for him for sure!!! More
Good Move Going to Chapman Mazda My wife wanted a Miata so I did my due diligence online and Chapman was the first to contact me. I scheduled an appointment and then headed out to Bell Road to see what they had. Nick greeted me soon after I arrived and then showed me the options I had with the different Miatas they had on the lot. His sales approach was low key: no pressure. After Nick gave me short tutorial about the car, we took it out for a spin, and we started talking about making a deal. When we got back, we talked money, and again low key. Nick explained what the numbers meant and clearly walked me through the paperwork. I was in and out the door with what we wanted at a fair price in about three hours. We’ve had the car for a week, and I am impressed that Chapman and Nick have been in contact to be sure that all is well with the Miata. I’ll be back for our next Mazda. More

Sales man disappeared guess he doesn't like to give bad news. He absence was very noticeable and odd. Then he calls me the next day to say he hasn't forgot on about us. More
