Sales guy was good but finance manager was beyond shady. Told me current payoff amount on trade would be paid and mazda would pay me overage. Lie. Had to ask chapman for difference. Sure you were.. But that wasn't worst. Sold me on extended warranty for only 500 total adding 12 dollars a month to payment. Then added 2500 dollars for it. 2500 for 12 additional months. Literally lied to my face and hope I wouldn't catch it. Asked several times but would not answer why he would do that. Had to ask several times to cancel warranty before finally got reply you want to cancel? Finally got cancel form out of them. Payment stays at higher amount will come off principal. But for that payment amount and less months could have just gotten lower interest rate. So still screwed me. Straight up fraud. More
I would highly recommend Chapman Mazda Service Department and especially the service manager Justin. He is the most helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable automotive service manager! He is so willing to and especially the service manager Justin. He is the most helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable automotive service manager! He is so willing to take any step necessary to ensure that our vehicle was serviced and to ensure it was repaired. He is extremely kind and kept us updated on the progress of our service. I have lived in Phoenix all my life and by far Justin is the best and kindest service manager I have ever dealt with. Awesome job, Justin! More
Bruce Farr in Service is the best advisor I have worked with at any dealership. He is honest, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. After inquiring about a new vehicle and requesting an offer for our trade in's, the sales rep along with sales manager, replied with an insulting low-ball offer. We thanked them for their time, relayed o offer for our trade in's, the sales rep along with sales manager, replied with an insulting low-ball offer. We thanked them for their time, relayed our feelings of being insulted and notified Champman Mazda that we would not be purchasing any vehicles from their dealership. They immediately responded with a follow up offer and blamed the original one on a "typo" error. We immediately accepted their second offer and stated that we would be there the following day to complete the purchase. Long story short, after not hearing from them or responding to our inquiries, they finally did and said the second offer was "a mistake" but offered no other explanation or corrected offer. I would not and will not purchase any vehicle from Chapman Mazda. (only gave 1-star review because I couldn't do zero) More

Who would think sales people can actually read and follow instructions? He offered the 'best valued responsive and technically correct proposal' so we made the purchase; in and out of the dealership in about 30 minutes. Thank you Jacob, you set an example to what us consumers expect from car dealers. More

Bill Lohmeyer was the main salesperson I worked with, but if he was busy or with another customer when I needed something, he did not hesitate to have a free salesperson help me. I loved the teamwork and it made me feel very comfortable buying a vehicle with them. Shawn in finance was as down to earth as it gets - very refreshing. I know I will only have positive memories of buying my new 2023 CX-50! Thank you, guys!! More
