This review is long overdue since I got my car back in April but buying a car from Chapman Mazda was one of the smoothest and kindest car buying experiences I've had by far. I have been to multiple dealerships looking for the right car for over a year and they sealed the deal. Joshua T. was the best Sales Rep who didn't make me feel overwhelmed nor stupid. He answered all of my questions and made sure I felt confident with my purchase. I also did the Complementary Service Check and was assisted via email by Rita W. who is the Customer Care Manager and who kindly and respectfully introduced herself to me in person the day of my appointment. Bruce, who I believe was the service department manager, was the one who did the inspection and left me feeling even better than I already did with my purchase. They have a great team at Champan Mazda and I'm very happy with my experience. More

I spent Friday morning with Bill leasing a car for the first time. Painless!
