My fourth Hyundai purchased and upset Went to get a 2019 Elantra and thought everything went smoothly. Agreed upon $12K out the door with my 2016 Elantra trade in. Realized an extra $3000+ was added on as a financing fee. I'm being charged money in order to pay money. Wow. I should have paid better attention but this leaves a bad taste in my mouth. This will be my last Hyundai vehicle. More

Dan was the first and he told us he would have booted our butts a while ago because we were taking so long picking out the car we really wanted when he could have made two other sales during that time. I thought the car buying process was supposed to take a while so you can make sure you get the car you want? Then Matt the used car dealer told us he won’t sell us a car if we don’t buy all the other personal preference things with it, like the stupid security system and window tinting. We told him we don’t want any of that and he said go somewhere else and get a car then. He was super shady and SUPER rude. Made me cry and feel like an idiot. He needs to be taught on how to speak to people. It really surprised me he has a job. Then we spoke with Scott the lead manager and he was amazing. He apologized for the other two guys behavior and said he will chat with them because that’s not right of them to treat customers like that. He told us we still have to have the security system so he can make money off the car, but he gave it to us for super cheap and took away the window tinting cost. So we finally got the numbers down because of Scott and got the car we fell in love with, the other two were absolute jerks. We had our security system set up scheduled and Chapman cancelled it on us WITHOUT telling us. We are absolutely livid. I sat here all day long so I wouldn’t miss when they came and we kept calling to see if they were going to come. Finally someone answered and said they cancelled it and will look into it for us. We are so mad we ended up buying a car from such horrible shady people. We will NEVER return and NEVER recommend anyone to them. I am absolutely LIVID! I wish I was able to give ZERO stars instead of 1 to Matt and Dan, but the website says I at least need one. More

Disgusting I went in to look at a specific used vehicle. Took it for a test drive and everything was good, the price was good. The vehicle was only 3 years old and the paint had hundreds of rock chips and the windshield as well. I understand that the dealership couldn’t have the car resprayed or fix the windshield so I didn’t want the car after that anyways. But, I could over hear one of the Jack xxx sales managers yelling at the new salesman saying “I DONT CARE ABOUT THE PAINT AND YOU NEED TO LET HIM KNOW YOU DONT GIVE A xxxx ABOUT THE PAINT AS WELL! Sorry but I’m not spending 17k on a vehicle that has bad paint damaged and a dealership that has such xxxx attitudes. My salesman was Sean and he was very professional and didn’t do anything wrong. But we completely lucked out and had a nice easy going sales guy. If you see yourself at Hyundai Scottsdale Chapman, I HIGHLY recommend Osvany. He was such a nice guy, he did not push himself on us to quickly to purchase a car, laughed at our silly 'girlie' humor. (My sister has a habit of saying things are cute) He took it all in stride and even noticed when he almost lost our sale and was eager to bring us back, which he did. Overall, there were a few hiccups out of Osvany's control but just like any corporate business there are always unlining issues. Just make sure to dot all your I's and cross your T's. More
