Purchasing a new car can be a hassle because sometimes the sales representatives can be like vultures and pounce on you as soon as you walk through the door. I experienced nothing like that from Chapman Hyundai. They promptly greeted me when I walked in and inquired how they could help me and what I was looking for. I met with a sales representative named Tyree, who was absolutely outstanding. He was patient with me and worked with me on getting me into a car. Perhaps the best part of my experience not only at Chapman Hyundai but with Tyree Turner was that it was not just any car though it was the car I picked out. Other dealerships have told me sorry we can't do that car, the bank won't approve it. The word no was not a word in the vocabulary of the amazing employees at Chapman Hyundai specifically Tyree Turner. I don't have the best credit due to some medical bills from a car accident that wasn't my fault 8 years ago but Tyree assured me they could work with me and could get financing. Sure enough he was accurate. I got into the car I wanted and had an APR 2% lower than another dealer stated they could offer me. Once we had settled on a price, it was just a matter of waiting for the finance to draw up the paperwork. The paperwork took a little while to get drawn up but overall it was an exceptionally rapid and pleasant experience. I will definitely be going back to this dealership for my next vehicle purchase and will be recommending them. Chapman Hyundai and Tyree Turner keep up the amazing customer service and customer experience that you were able to offer me! I hope more customers are able to encounter the same experience as I did.
