My truck was there a month and half for a torque converter My worst experience ever with Chapman,they gave me the truck back with a check engine light for an O2 sensor and said they will order it its been over My worst experience ever with Chapman,they gave me the truck back with a check engine light for an O2 sensor and said they will order it its been over a month an still nothing! only lies More

After having an issues with my truck and service, the service manager Roy, was extremely helpful in rectifying the situation and fixed the problem. Was very pleased how they took my truck on time and wrote up the paperwork. Didn't like how they had my truck since 830am and did not have it Diagnosed when I called around 3PM and know one was answering up the paperwork.
