I was given the run..around!!! First they told me my work was covered under warranty. 4 me 2 drive # 30 mins. 4 them 2 day it wasn't. Then they said part was there. Now it's not.!!! Never buying a FORD work was covered under warranty. 4 me 2 drive # 30 mins. 4 them 2 day it wasn't. Then they said part was there. Now it's not.!!! Never buying a FORD again.!!# or going 2 Chapman Ford. Bad advice. Poor service!!# Don't go there. WARNING!!🥵🥵🥵💯 More

Service writer was very professional, prior to appointment I was promised a loaner, at time of vehicle drop off was told they no longer have loaners, not good. Was told my extended warranty that I appointment I was promised a loaner, at time of vehicle drop off was told they no longer have loaners, not good. Was told my extended warranty that I paid $2500.00 for that my salesman said covered everything did not, had a water leak from rear side window which I had to pay $150.00 to have repaired. Also had a noise when cold which lasted a minute then when away, service said it was coming from behind the dash, noise still there, paided $100.00 deductible for nothing, will not be going back to ford for my next vehicle. Also was told that I needed a serpentine belt which had just been replaced. More
