Same old same old. First. The only reason I came back to Chapman was because I was promised a free oil change due to last year's disasterous service I received. I came t First. The only reason I came back to Chapman was because I was promised a free oil change due to last year's disasterous service I received. I came to find out I was entitled to a free service anyway. Secondly, I was told the service would take 4 - 5 hours. So I dropped the car off the day before the service was scheduled. Long story short ; despite dropping it off early, the car wasn't ready until the day after. Unbelievable. Lastly, when I came to pick up the car, myself and another customer are left standing in the middle of the service center as if we're waiting to get into the theater. Only after I approached one of the " Customer Service Reps" did we get service. Although I'm looking to buy a new car next year it won't be from Chapman. I don't care if Chapman is selling the car for less. I'd rather just pay more. More

Great service in a timely manner My experience with the service advisers at Chapman has always been friendly and considerate of my concerns and questions I may have regarding service My experience with the service advisers at Chapman has always been friendly and considerate of my concerns and questions I may have regarding service of my vehicle. I have recently had service done on my car at three separate times this past spring and fall. Each time, the work was completed within a two hour window which was great because I stayed in the waiting room until the service was completed. This makes my visit to the service repair department pleasant. Also, having someone who understands my concerns and questions makes it less stressful for me when I have to come to the dealership's service department. Once upon a time, it was not so pleasant to go to the dealer's repair shop. I, also, would like to make special mention that I particularly like it when the service adviser talks to you about your repair away from the waiting room. I never did like having to have the entire waiting room customers hear what was going on with my car. It is really none of their business. Thanks for making that change at your service center. More

Ford Chapman First available appointment was given with option of dropping car off night before. Very accommodating. Service agent Bob Kessler made the whole process seamless..He was very knowledgeable and patient. I waited for my car at the dealership. He kept me updated and in the loop. Even the day after did a a follow up call. No complaints. Car was fixed in an hour. This is why for the past 5 years I keep returning. More
